Most often, whey remains after the production of homemade cottage cheese. If you are not a fan of such complex culinary delights, try to get this miraculous elixir from good fresh kefir. To do this, put a packet of kefir in the freezer, in the quick freezer section. Wait until the kefir has hardened completely, place it on a sieve lined with several layers of gauze and let the whey drip off.

Dilute the pea flour with whey until it turns into a gruel.
